# Phase 11.7 handover

Experience Platform 11.7 (`0.11.7.0`) is complete. The `experience_db` now owns
publishing history, SEO configuration, sitemap/robots shells, PWA manifests,
and references to domain edge infrastructure. It does not own DNS, SSL, CDN,
storage, or service-worker engines.

Migration head: `0008_phase_117_publishing_seo_pwa`.
Next phase: Experience 11.8.
