## Current Milestone: Phase 5.12 readiness (AI provider) + production hardening

### Why

Accounting enterprise FE completion plan gates (Wave A–D) are implemented against real APIs: foundation PATCH/archive, vouchers draft edit, ledger, treasury/AR/assets/payroll/reports/compliance, setup + COA templates, mobile nav. AI UI remains blocked until the AI Model Provider is Active.

### Scope

1. Mark AI Model Provider Active in `docs/provider-registry.md` when ready, then scaffold Phase 5.12 UI
2. Deploy accounting-service + frontend changes to production
3. Optional: richer report row DTOs / PDF export file download from storage

### Exit Criteria

- [ ] Provider registry AI entry → Active
- [ ] Production deploy verified for PATCH + setup + template import
- [ ] Phase 5.12 UI unblocked on scoreboard

### After This Milestone

Phase 5.12 AI Native Accounting → cross-module business integrations.
