# Phase 11.8 handover

Experience Platform 11.8 (`0.11.8.0`) is complete. The `experience_db` owns
|
|
bundle catalog definitions, tenant bundle assignments, Core entitlement
|
|
reference bindings, and feature toggles. Core retains all plan, subscription,
|
|
billing ledger, and entitlement-engine ownership.
|
|
|
|

|
|
Next phase: Experience 11.9 — Consumer Integrations & Widgets.
