## Current Milestone: Production hardening + optional CRM extensions

### Why
|

CRM Core Platform (Phases 6.0–6.3) is complete: foundation, master data, sales engine, and sales collaboration.
|
||
|
||
### Scope
|
||
|
||
1. Deploy accounting + CRM services to production (carry-over)
|
||
2. Optional: AI Model Provider Active → Phase 5.12 UI
|
||
3. Optional: wire File Storage / Product Service / Notification adapters for CRM references
|
||
4. Do **not** auto-start a new CRM phase — scope explicitly first
|
||
|
||
### Exit Criteria
|
||
|
||
- [x] Production deploy verified for CRM 6.3 + accounting (local + HTTPS health)
|
||
- [ ] Provider registry AI entry → Active (when ready)
|
||
- [x] CRM Core Platform docs (6.0–6.3) synced in registry / progress / API / glossary
|
||

||
