1. Gift card issue / activate / redeem / void (or equivalent lifecycle)
|
||
2. Keep ledger immutability (wallet and/or dedicated gift-card ledger)

||
3. Permissions + events; do **not** build analytics/partner APIs yet
|
||
|
||
