Enterprise Loyalty Platform — independent shared service (loyalty-service, loyalty_db).
Not part of CRM. Consumed by Restaurant, Marketplace, Ecommerce, Academy, Booking, Healthcare, Salon, Gym, and future modules via API + Events only.
