# Phase 11.9 handover

Experience Platform 11.9 (`0.11.9.0`) is complete. The `experience_db` owns
|
|
consumer connector registration/dispatch shells, widget definition/instance
|
|
catalog, and Communication notify client dispatches. No SMS provider ownership;
|
|
integrations use mock providers and API/event contracts only.
|
|
|
|
Migration head: `0010_phase_119_consumer_widgets`.
|
|
Next phase: Experience 11.10 — Analytics, AI Content & Enterprise Validation.
