Adds accounting-service PATCH/archive, fiscal helpers, COA templates and setup status, plus SuperApp Accounting UI (DS, scoreboard, masters, vouchers, ledger, ops modules) with session refresh and HTTPS public API URLs. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
