Adds accounting-service PATCH/archive, fiscal helpers, COA templates and setup status, plus SuperApp Accounting UI (DS, scoreboard, masters, vouchers, ledger, ops modules) with session refresh and HTTPS public API URLs.

Why

Accounting enterprise FE completion plan gates (Wave A–D) are implemented against real APIs: foundation PATCH/archive, vouchers draft edit, ledger, treasury/AR/assets/payroll/reports/compliance, setup + COA templates, mobile nav. AI UI remains blocked until the AI Model Provider is Active.

Scope

Mark AI Model Provider Active in docs/provider-registry.md when ready, then scaffold Phase 5.12 UI
Deploy accounting-service + frontend changes to production
Optional: richer report row DTOs / PDF export file download from storage

Exit Criteria

Provider registry AI entry → Active
Production deploy verified for PATCH + setup + template import
Phase 5.12 UI unblocked on scoreboard

Phase 5.12 AI Native Accounting → cross-module business integrations.
