Mortezakoohjani d579d0b142 feat(loyalty): add Loyalty Platform Frontend module 
Add frontend/modules/loyalty with types, API client, design system, feature pages and thin App Router routes under app/loyalty/. BFF proxy at app/api/loyalty/. Include loyalty frontend docs.

For each engage route:

  • Loading state (portal loading + query loaders)
  • Empty state
  • Error / 403 permission empty
  • Header + breadcrumbs
  • Search/sort/pagination on table pages
  • Create dialog / edit drawer / confirm delete where CRUD exists
  • Export CSV where configured
  • Dark mode via shell toggle
  • Responsive sidebar
  • Real backend wiring (or ScopeNotice)
