Context
External briefs labeled tenant onboarding as “Phase 3”, while internal docs already used فاز ۳ for OTP + Tenant Management.
Decision
Keep internal numbering:
- Phase 1 — Core Platform
- Phase 2 — Identity & Access + SSO
- Phase 3 — OTP Login + Tenant Management
- Phase 4 — Tenant Onboarding & Workspace Activation
When referencing briefs, note the alias explicitly.
Consequences
Avoids rewriting historical progress; requires glossary note.
